It’s been kind of a crazy last couple of days. Didn’t have any school this week, well, from Wednesday on. But anyways I had a great time doing open air evangelism on Wed. night with the students. God really used that time and I think all of us were stretched.

Ok, but check it out. I bought a couple of new shirts and a new backpack on Friday night, it was tight. Been working a few extra hours this week because of school being off. So that should help with the finances a little bit. I’ve been taking my camera with me a lot of places and that’s been fun. I should probably take a photography class and figure out how to maximize my skills, you know?… Right now I’m sitting the student center at school and I’m listening to Coldplay. It’s kind of a chill moment. Like a music video, but obviously not as cool as any Coldplay video that has ever been made. But very much have the cafe style feel. It’s nice. Warm. Cozy… ahh…

I think the new shaycam blog is going over pretty well. I appreciate the posts, they make me laugh. OOH.. I just remembered something I was going to ask you guys: Should I cut my hair or let grow out? Let’ start a discussion about it. I feel good.. ok bye.

I went to doctor again today.. got some meds. Feeling weird. I think it’s all in my head though. But what am I supposed to do when there is a huge label that says “MAY CAUSE YOU TO FEEL REALLY WEIRD!”. I’m kinda thinkin’.. hhm.. that’s weird. No but seriously, he didn’t like the way things looked inside my ear so he gave me some real intense stuff. That’s all.

Tonight I’m going out and doing some street evangelism and that should be cool. I can’t wait. It’s going to be awesome heading out with the high school students in a town that is full of money and wealth, or some might call it idols. These people sometimes feel like they don’t need anything else, but I know that they need a Savior. So I’m gonna go tell them about it.

something fun happened today. I bought this frame! and I got these pictures of coffee stuff from my work and then I put it all together and now I have this! isn’t it great.. ok that’s all

anyways.. I think I’ve been feeling better. actually, after I write this blog I am going to try and go to bed a little earlier just to start the week off right you know?.. it’s been a long day. I played drums for all three services in the morning, and also for night service, but it’s been really freakin’ cool.. we’re going through James in the AM, and in the PM we’re going through Matt. 6. So anyways.. learning a ton.. if you think about me write me an email or send me money.. thanks to everyone who has been posting on my site. This is great! I love it! Ok.. peace out.. oh and one more thing. Could you please go to Starbucks tomorrow and buy something.. I really want my new stock to go up! haha.. just jokin’.. bye!

I just thought I’d drop you all a note and tell you what the doctor said. After a check-up from the doc himself, x-rays of my chest, and finally a breathing test on this sweet machine… the doctor says I have asthma, and an infection on top of it. Seriously, isn’t that crazy. I thought it was. So I went out with Bethany last night and we went and got food and a movie; that was fun. Right now I have a stuffy nose and need to take a shower. I work later today so that’s kind of a bummer. That’s all, just a quick update. The sun is shining today which is awesome.. so I’m outta here.

This is the poetry that is my life. Tonight I went to my girlfriends pad and we took some photos. it was good time. I read like 25 pages of one of my books and she slept for 20 minutes, she twitched twice. I’m still sick, but i’m finally getting in to see a doctor tomorrow. That should be good. It’s a new doctor so I hope that he is a good one.. lol. ok.. so… I went to band practice tonight at church and my friends were there.. and they were playing music. |And there was this one guy and he was mashing the tiny strings on the electric, that was cool. I played drums. Our drummer broke himself, kind of like that movie about the band, so i’m filling in. At any rate.. I’ve got to do some homework and maybe drive back to my girlfriends and get my book that i forgot. ok.. enough about me. what about you?

Ok, so anyways. I’m sitting in class right now and we’re talking about Socrates. It’s kind of crazy because he kind of got jacked. Even though I think that he was really prideful in some sense because he thought he was wiser than all men, he still gets thrown out! I don’t know.. It’s cool though. I was also going to say that Shaycam.com is not gone forever.. people must understand that it is only on vacation. ok?.. perfect.

So I’m feeling a little bit better. It makes me feel better that the sky is overcast today. I think I’ll have to start taking my camera with me and shooting pics outside so you can see what I see. Yeah, I think I’ll do that. Wait.. I have to turn to pg. 788… …. ok. I think all the kids behind me in class are looking at my screen, so I’m going to go. bye.

I can’t seem to figure out what is wrong with my body. Constantly I am getting sick. Whether I am coughing, sneezing, wheezing, or even throwing up. I’m doing one of these things during the entire year. I know for sure it gets worst when the weather changes, but no one can seem to prescribe me the correct medicine to heal me. I am struggling with having true joy during my trials like James 1 talks about. Maybe I’m not cut out for this. I made a comment today to Bethany and I said, “.. Why can’t we just die.” “…To live is Christ and to die is gain..” (Phil. 2) is what Paul said in Philippians. Heaven would be so much better. Anyways.. I’ve got some stuff to do… peace.

Today.. I am sick. It hasn’t been that great of a morning. I woke up and I’m sick. I got my car back a few hours later, and the e-break doesn’t work. Then I forgot to tell my girlfriend happy brithday the first time I talked to her. I have a huge science exam that I think I’m going to fail. Basically, I’m a jerk. I shouldn’t even be typing this.. I should be figuring out how to make it up to Bethany, even though I know I can’t completely do that, because the damage is done. Anyways.. I’m actually in class.. so I’m gonna roll. peace.

Well.. it’s on a vacation. Ok? Geeze. Calm down! At least I’m updating this stuff! Hope you like the new lineup!

thinking.. but slower this time..

I was driving home tonight and I got really excited about writing a new journal entry, but then I was like “.. ahh.. I’m not going to be able to because my roommate will be asleep and it would be to difficult to do everything in the dark…” But guess what happend?! He’s not here! So here I am! Typing away..!!

no but seriously.. I just got off work a little bit ago. We had a good close.. we got out like 15 minutes early; and if you times that by 4, I just saved my boss an hours worth of labor :). So she’ll be happy. Also on my way home I realized that my entire right side of my car is soaked because the Sparkletts water jug I had spilled in the back seat, so that wasn’t fun. I just cracked the window in hopes that the dry California air would evaporate it all. I think I’ll probably see that water again, the next time I go to the ocean. (if you remember your 7th grade science class then you’ll know what I’m talking about).

So, ideas are still flowing for the new shaycam. If you have any really good ideas, let me know shay@shaycam.com otherwise you’re stuck with whatever I come up with, and that’s probably not a good thing. As I’ve been thinking about this shaycam revamp, I’ve also been thinking that this site has been around for awhile and maybe it will be like wine, the older it is, the better. You never know.

So tell your friends about it.. in the mean time I’ll continue to go to my American Lit. 261 class and talk about how the pear tree in “Their Eyes Were Watching God” signifies her puberty (they didn’t say puberty class, but this is a “G” rated site.. well.. PG.. I don’t know what my rating is?..)
